The

Busser

prepares tables by clearing dishes and silverware, wiping and resetting tables, and cleaning floors and chairs for the next service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

TeamWillingness to accept the most effective role. Shifts cover the restaurant, banquet rooms, waterpark, and outdoor pool deck. Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed. Close with an open mentality. Keep all areas in like-new condition and website ready.

GuestEnsure guests are greeted and acknowledged consistently, adhering to the 10/5 Rule. Prepare tables for dining according to the operation manager's standards. Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols. Assist servers in cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, trays, highchairs, and booster seats after each guest service using sanitizer water. Maintain clean floors between guest services. Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.


FinancialProtecting company assets by adhering to policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Traits

Commit to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant. Multitask and perform all duties of the bussing position efficiently. Hold Smart Serve certification (if 18 years or older).

Physical Requirements

Capable of walking, standing, bending, twisting, reaching up to and including above shoulder level, crouching/squatting, and kneeling, for the duration of your shift. Capable of climbing multiple flights of stairs. Dexterity of the fingers and hands with ability to squeeze hands, twist and rotate wrists and elbows. Capable of working in a hot, humid, chlorinated and noisy environment. Ability to work in coolers or freezers for short periods of time. Ability to hear and speak for communication with guests. Ability to do repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to walk at a moderate pace for periods of time. Ability to carry a 10lbs tray in one hand. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs. Ability to work in outdoor climates when applicable.

Additional Requirements

Newly hired Pack Members must submit a completed police clearance to Human Resources. Employment may begin before the results are received, based on the Pack Member's confirmation that they have no unpardoned criminal convictions. If the clearance reveals a conviction, the employer may terminate employment on a case-by-case basis, providing only the minimum notice required under the Employment Standards Act, 2000, with no additional notice or compensation.
