Celeste est un nouveau restaurant italien mediterraneen situe au sein du prestigieux Maison Alcan. Chaque detail compte et notre equipe de service joue un role essentiel dans l'experience chaleureuse et raffinee que nous offrons a nos invites.

DESCRIPTION DU ROLE
Le Busser contribue de maniere fondamentale au bon deroulement du service. Il assure la proprete, l'ordre et la fluidite dans la salle a manger, tout en soutenant l'equipe de serveurs afin d'offrir une experience impeccable a chaque invite.

RESPONSABILITES

Debarrasser, nettoyer et reinstaller les tables avec rapidite et precision Soutenir les serveurs et les food runners durant les periodes de fort achalandage Remplir l'eau, surveiller les besoins des tables et s'assurer que les invites se sentent pris en charge Maintenir la salle a manger et les stations de service propres et bien organisees en tout temps Polir la verrerie, les ustensiles et participer au maintien du materiel de service Contribuer a l'atmosphere elegante et au standard de service de Celeste
QUALIFICATIONS

2 a 3 ans d'experience comme busser dans un restaurant de qualite Attitude positive, esprit d'equipe et souci d'excellence Capacite a rester efficace, calme et professionnel sous pression Presentation soignee et grande attention aux details Desir d'apprendre et d'evoluer au sein d'un concept italien mediterraneen raffine

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Busser is essential to ensuring smooth service flow. This role maintains cleanliness, order, and efficiency in the dining room while supporting the server team to create an impeccable guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clear, clean, and reset tables with speed and precision Support servers and food runners during peak service periods Refill water, monitor table needs, and ensure guests feel cared for Keep the dining room and service stations clean and well organized at all times Polish glassware and cutlery and assist with maintaining service materials Contribute to the elegant atmosphere and service standards of Celeste
QUALIFICATIONS

2 to 3 years of experience as a busser in a quality restaurant Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and commitment to excellence Ability to remain efficient, calm, and professional under pressure Polished presentation and excellent attention to detail Desire to learn and grow within a refined Italian Mediterranean concept
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.93-$25.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
