Responsibilities

Table maintenance

Clear tables:

Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables after guests leave.
Dining area upkeep

Clean floors:

Sweep floors, wipe up spills, and vacuum as needed.

Organize and clean furniture:

Straighten chairs and ensure the dining room is tidy.

Maintain restrooms:

Clean and restock supplies in the guest restrooms.
Support and restocking

Restock service stations:

Ensure that servers' stations are well-stocked with napkins, silverware, and other supplies.

Assist servers:

Help carry food and beverages to tables, and assist with guest needs like refilling water glasses.

Support the kitchen:

Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area and help keep it organized.

Wipe and sanitize:

Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and booths.

Reset tables:

Set tables with fresh silverware, glassware, and napkins for the next customers.

Experience

Previous experience in cleaning or food service roles is preferred. Familiarity with restaurant or hotel environments is advantageous. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members. A background in customer service within the hospitality industry will be beneficial.
