• Project - The team is seeking 2 Business/Data Analysts that will be working on a solution for the E-communication ETL project.

Typical Day in Role:

• Attending meetings to understand scope of the work
• Documentation and gather requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
• Work with work with both technical and business resources, as well as respective leads with given workstreams
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide
• technical solutions to meet user needs
• Manage JIRA tickets

Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:

• 5-7 years as a Technical Business Systems Analyst and/or Data Analyst within Capital Markets
• Ideally has experience across various asset classes (OTC derivatives, Fixed income etc.)
• Candidate must be well-versed in ETL as this is a eCOMM ETL project
• Previous Data Modeling experience
• Documentation and Testing experience

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Experience with Python - Scripting, to access and manipulate data
• Experience with Elasticsearch - commonly used engine for pulling data
• Trade surveillance experience

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
• Strong analytical skills

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, finance or related field required

Candidate Review & Selection:

• One round interview - Hiring Manager & Colleague (30-45 mins)
• Possibility of second round interview
• The meeting will take place via MS teams, in-person interviews may be requested as well.
