Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Analyzed Data, visually represented and reported them to help the organization make operational decisions. \xc2\xb7 Implemented and participated in Scrum Processes \xe2\x80\x93 sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives. \xc2\xb7 Proactively identified and found ways to resolve issues to prevent distractions and keep projects on track \xc2\xb7 Analyzed key aspects of the business to evaluate factors driving results and summarize the presentations. \xc2\xb7 Provided executives with analytics and decision-support tools used as the basis for reorganization, consolidation, and relocation strategies. \xc2\xb7 Collaborated with stakeholder groups across the organization to ensure business and technology alignment. \xc2\xb7 Develop, classify, and update application user documentation and training materials Assists in the design of new computer programs by analyzing requirements and constructing workflow charts and diagrams, \xc2\xb7 Extensively used Tableau reporting functionalities such as Hierarchy, Grouping, Calculated Fields, Filters, Ranking, Parameters, Graphs, Forecasting, Trend & Reference Lines. \xc2\xb7 Developed short-term goals and long-term strategic plans to improve risk control and mitigation.
