Evaluate and enhance digital solutions that support the property industry, with a focus on intelligent automation and AI-driven design.
- Assess business needs to support enhancements in technology platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for system upgrades and drive implementation.
- Map out operational workflows that reflect strategic priorities.
- Support testing phases and resolve system issues to maintain reliable performance.
- Keep project documentation current to reflect ongoing developments.

- Document systems and visualize processes through effective mapping techniques.
