The Business Support Coordinator will support the business initiatives of the Business Development & Strategy & Wealth Services team to help drive growth.Is this role right for you? In this role you will:You will support and contribute to the effectiveness of the Business Development & Strategy & Wealth Services teams by ensuring overall goals, policies, procedures, and service levels are met or exceeded.

  • You will support and contribute to the effectiveness of the Business Development team by creating and monitoring reports distributed with internal business partners.
  • Create decks for leadership updates, internal stakeholders, and other business needs as required.
  • Support event design, management & post event activities while working closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure prospects are being identified for future business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.
  • Effectively build positive internal and external relationships with key stakeholders by promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Provide administrative and sales support to the Business Development team as well other team members within the Strategy & Wealth Services team, including event management/execution and opportunity management.
The Must Haves:
  • University degree, college diploma or equivalent educational and/or professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and very proficient with Excel.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual is preferred.
