The Role
As a Business Process Governance Analyst, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes by implementing and maintaining robust governance frameworks for Procurement / Supply Chain. You will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support, ensuring that procurement policies and procedures are adhered to while optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for process improvement, and a deep understanding of governance principles.
The Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and enhance business process governance frameworks in alignment with organizational objectives.
Monitor procurement activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure process consistency.
Effectively maintain and organize documentation related to procurement processes.
Ensure that procurement-related documents are properly archived and easily accessible.
Create detailed process documentation, including workflows, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and execute compliance testing plans to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Work closely with stakeholders to assess the impact of process changes on risk profiles and develop risk mitigation plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing data, identifying trends, and recommending process enhancements.
Provide training and support to teams to ensure understanding and adherence to governance guidelines.
Define and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Proven experience in business process analysis, governance, or related roles.
Certification in relevant areas such as Business Process Management (BPM) or Governance, Risk, and compliance (GRC) is a plus.
Strong understanding of governance principles, compliance, and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using process mapping and analysis tools.
Language: Bilingual (English and French)
