About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, solutions-driven Business Process Analyst to bring structure, clarity, and consistency across our operations. This role is responsible not only for optimizing existing workflows but also for identifying where no process exists and creating the right one from scratch.
You'll work across departments; from Sales to Field Techs to Customer Support, to ensure every stage of our customer journey runs smoothly, efficiently, and with full alignment between teams.
What You'll Do
Audit our current operations and identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent processes.
Proactively design and implement new workflows, checklists, and operational routines where structure is lacking.
Map out existing interdepartmental handoffs (e.g., Sales to Coordination, CST to Tech Support) and recommend ways to streamline or automate them.
Develop clear, visual Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training resources that are easy to follow and adopt.
Partner with leadership and team leads to ensure everyone is aligned on how work should flow and that process gaps are closed.
Support tool adoption (e.g., Sedona, QuoteWerks, Klipfolio, CRM) by documenting proper usage and building support resources.
Implement KPI tracking tied to rework, delays, miscommunication, and process compliance.
Run small workshops or pilots to introduce and iterate on new workflows before full rollout.
Create and manage a centralized SOP and workflow library to keep process documentation accessible and up to date.
Act as the "process conscience" of the company helping leaders and staff keep things organized, consistent, and customer-focused.
What We're Looking For
3+ years experience in business process improvement, operations, or systems coordination
Self-starter who thrives in undefined environments and builds order.
Comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization; from field techs to executives
Proven ability to document workflows and build step-by-step SOPs that others can easily follow
Experience with diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Visio), documentation platforms (Notion, SharePoint), and spreadsheets
Bonus if familiar with CRM, ERP, or quoting systems (e.g., HubSpot, Sedona, QuoteWerks)
Excellent communication, project coordination, and follow-through skills
Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement training is an asset but not required
