In this role, you will dive deep into cross-functional processes, proposing innovative solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs, all while adhering to industry regulations and standards. Your analytical prowess will guide our strategic initiatives, ensuring we continue to deliver reliable energy to our customers efficiently.What You Get to Do:

  • Lead the analysis and improvement of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.
  • Act as a safety champion, ensuring alignment with corporate health, safety, and environmental best practices.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness and align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement process changes, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide leadership in change management, spearheading initiatives that optimize business workflows.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on existing processes to understand issues and develop actionable insights.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance project delivery and operational workflows.
  • Maintain robust relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Guide the implementation and training phases of process enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption.
What you Bring:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business process analysis or process improvement, preferably within the electric utility industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using analytical tools and methodologies to drive business improvements.
  • Solid understanding of the electric utility industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead change, run projects, and drive process innovation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building effective partnerships and resolving conflicts.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, analysis, and the implementation of change management initiatives.
  • Strong financial and analytical savvy with the ability to influence decisions and strategies.
