About the Role:



Reporting to the Manager, Citizen Services, the Business Planner - Organizational Change oversees and leads the development, implementation and management of the program's change management framework / strategy. This position works with internal and external health system stakeholders across the province to ensure the services we provide align with business requirements. This position facilitates the development of change strategies, plans, roadmaps and business cases in collaboration with eHealth and its health system stakeholders.



Specific responsibilities include:




Plan, develop, implement and manage the program's change management framework and strategy. Coordinate and support business process improvement initiatives. Strategic planning and coordination of long-term program's vision, including managing all aspects of the planning cycle, including feasibility evaluations, analysis, strategic use of human resources, and budget preparation Identify opportunities for process improvements and/or program changes which directly impact operational budgets, schedules and workforce levels. Work with eHealth senior leaders and project leads, as well as eHealth partners, to build and implement customized, structured change management strategies and plans for change initiatives. Coach and mentor senior leaders, cross-functional project teams, and external partners, to develop and apply the change management strategy to their initiatives. Identify potential risks, issues and impediments to progress and develop corresponding mitigation plans. Create actionable deliverables including communication and engagement plans, leadership readiness, employee readiness, training plans, obstacle management plans, and reinforcement plans. Coordinate the development and implementation of metrics and KPI's. Implement scalable and easy to understand processes, tools and methodologies that effectively support the change strategy for all organizational, people, process and technology-related changes.

Experience & Qualifications:




Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or another related equivalent. A PROCSI or Change Management Professional (CMP) certification from an accredited institution. Strong leadership skills as well as written and presentational skills Strong understanding of organizational change management processes and strategies Proven ability to develop effective presentations and present information clearly and concisely (email, communications, and presentations)
