Summary



MedPros is seeking a proactive and versatile

Business & Operations Coordinator

to support both daily operations and business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute across multiple areas including administration, marketing, and business development. The successful candidate will help keep operations running smoothly while assisting in expanding MedPros' footprint in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities



Administrative & Office Support:



Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Triaging and responding to incoming emails, calls, and inquiries. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and team activities. Preparing documents, reports, and handling data entry tasks. Providing general support to management and clinic staff

Business Development & Marketing



Support lead generation activities through online platforms, events, and outreach. Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives to promote MedPros services (clinic management, billing, MOA staffing, physician recruitment, clinic construction, etc.). Maintain and update marketing materials, social media, and digital content. Follow up on leads and support sales pipelines by tracking opportunities and client engagement. Research healthcare industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.

Operational Support



Collaborate with clinic managers and the leadership team to support day-to-day operations. Assist in coordinating with vendors, partners, and contractors for clinic projects. Help monitor performance metrics and prepare business reports for leadership. Provide cross-functional support on projects related to construction, recruitment, billing, and MOA services as required.

Qualifications



1 -2 years of experience in business operations or similar role.

Ability to identify process improvement opportunities. G license and vehicle Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional, reliable, and client-service oriented. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and office management tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Woodbridge, ON L4H 0A7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
