Job Description



The IGPM works collaboratively with the Global IG Program Manager Lead, the Global IGL & respective ISL to help drive the Industry vision, growth strategy and innovation agenda across all global markets and services offerings. The IGPM liaises with all network supporters and corporate functions to ensure a consistent approach for Industry operations and management globally and across all key Markets. The IGPM will provide team leadership responsibility to those other industry PMs working within the Industry Group and support strong teaming and collaboration across global, market, and client group support for the Industry Group.

Strategic & Business Enablement:

  • Assist the Global IG Program Manager Lead, the Global IGL & respective ISL to activate the Industry network within all S&C practices and across all the Markets and Services offerings that are relevant for the Industry
  • Help Global IG Program Manager Lead, the Global IGL & respective ISL to craft the overall vision & intent for the Industry and form the Industry Narrative
  • Support the Global IG Program Manager Lead, the Global IGL & respective ISL to develop and execute the growth strategy for the industry
  • Manage program governance of key documents for fast integration across all areas of the program inclusive of targets, key stakeholders and operating strategy along with appropriate validation of data cleanliness and adherence to key industry policies
  • Leverage and make available all best in class offerings and credentials working with Market Industry Leads and Market-Unit Industry Team Captains
  • Analyze key trends, opportunities and challenges in the industry and assist to develop and publish Industry thought leadership that demonstrates true Innovation and differentiation in our Industry agenda
  • Partner / collaborate with the various corporate functions that support the entity to provide consistent support across all the required dimensions
  • Work with content development & marketing and other relevant Functions to support the Global IG Program Manager Lead, the Global IGL & respective ISL with the development of industry-specific PoV, related offerings for macro-themes and industry-specific assets and data, as well as the definition of e2e industry offerings.
  • Support the identification and management of the Industry client portfolio of the future assessing markets where we have hyper growth potential and which clients we would want to work for and support over the coming years
  • Work with HR to understand talent strategy and support Global IG Program Manager Lead, the Global IGL & respective ISL in definition of a world-class practice
  • Work with Learning to implement industry specific training and masterclass agenda
  • Work with the Global LS Ecosystem Lead to support the development and execution of the Global LS Ecosystem strategy
  • Support & coordinate external and internal industry initiatives (e.g., business reviews, industry analyst relations, go to market events/conferences, ecosystem partner engagement, investment planning, campaigns & account planning) and use input to support ISL in developing differentiating research and thought leadership
  • Manage and prioritize MD&I allocation & V&A pipeline
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Comms globally and in market to establish/ coordinate appropriate internal community activities and an overall communication strategy to create a strong Community of Practice site, Town Halls, practice newsletters, industry learning boards, etc
Qualifications

Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in leading business operations and/or finance in a business group or Market or geographic unit preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
  • Fact based decision making, proactive analysis and deep dives with strong attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proven team management skills
  • Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Ensure right coding and policy enforcement
  • Manage key documents to allow for fast introduction on strategy, targets and team
  • Manage growth and constraints
