Job Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Business Manager will oversee the financial services and insurance department, ensuring customers have access to the best financing and leasing options, warranty products and protection. Success in this role will be defined by providing exceptional customer experience, driving profitability, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and dealership standards.
Responsibilities
As the Business Manager at Dobson Chrysler, you will:
Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional and seamless experience for customers purchasing or leasing vehicles by guiding them through financing and insurance options.
Financial Services: Present financing, warranty, protection and insurance packages in a transparent and customer-focused manner, ensuring all products are explained thoroughly.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all paperwork is submitted and completed accurately and complies with dealership policies and financial regulations.
Revenue Generation: Maximize profit opportunities by offering relevant warranty, insurance and protection packages while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to integrate financial services into the overall sales process and meet department goals.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the F&I department, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Training and Development: Stay current on financing programs, regulatory changes, and insurance products while educating the team on F&I procedures and offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in finance, leasing, insurance, or sales, preferably in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-focused approach with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Previous experience in F&I roles or certifications in financial services are considered an asset.
