Business Manager - Consulting (IT, R&D & Engineering)

As a consulting company, WEENEO operates across Southern France, delivering expertise in

IT, R&D, and Engineering

.

You will work closely with an Agency Director, and your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around three key areas:

1. Business Development

Define the commercial strategy for your business unit Identify and prospect potential clients Respond to RFPs and negotiate contracts Ensure the profitability and sustainable growth of your unit

2. Recruitment

Source and recruit engineers aligned with both client projects and WEENEO's values Build a strong talent pipeline to support business growth

3. Management

Lead and support engineers working on client assignments Ensure professional development, engagement, and well-being within your team Foster consultants' involvement in WEENEO's culture and company life

A

perfect command of French

(spoken and written) is essential for this role Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 1-4 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or consulting Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
