Business Manager / COO

who has hands-on experience scaling startups and can take ownership of operations, growth, and execution.

The Role

This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to take a business from early traction to sustainable scale. You'll work directly with the founder(s) to design and implement strategies that drive growth, manage day-to-day operations, and build the systems that allow the company to expand nationally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business operations, ensuring smooth execution across all departments. Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to support growth. Drive KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and hold the team accountable. Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation. Oversee sales, marketing, and customer success teams to hit growth targets. Support fundraising, partnership development, and investor relations as needed. Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with our vision and culture.

Qualifications

Proven track record

scaling a startup or high-growth business

. 7+ years in operations, business management, or a senior leadership role. Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L. Experience building and leading cross-functional teams. Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working in a lean, evolving environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
