Job Description

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 8 months with possible extensionMUST HAVES:

• Experience with a wide range of methods, tools, and techniques for business analysis such as, but not limited to business functional modeling, business event modeling, business process mapping.
• Demonstrated understanding of software development methodology and life cycle Working Experience with data analysis tools Experience and knowledge working with data in some or all of these technologies: Excel, SQL, R, Python, and/or other scripting languages
• Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or Cognos, for both on-premises and cloud solutions where applicable.
• Experience working with Oracle and MSSQL databases.
• Demonstrated understanding of BA life cycle. This includes awareness of emerging I&IT trends and technologies (Microsoft Azure/Dev-Ops). Build automation experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in data analytics to recommend research, evaluation, and data management tools/ techniques.
• Demonstrated experience with developing business strategies, business process re-engineering.
• Technical knowledge to identify and evaluate information technology options, and to conduct complex systems analysis and design for the development of new systems or systems modifications.
• Conduct and provide technical expertise in complex systems analysis and design, coordinate development of all systems documentation, and develop and oversee testing and implementation of systems and applications.
• You can identify and evaluate sources of data for research purposes, assess and select mathematical/statistical methods, investigate and assess new technologies, and prepare statistical analysis

Demonstrated experience with creating Business Cases, Screen Design/User Interface, Business Process Models, Privacy Impact Assessments, Threat Risk Assessments, and Logical architecture artifacts, among other deliverables
