Please see Position Description Job Aid for details on how to complete each section.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expertise and practical assistance in the ad hoc investigation, evaluation, interpretation, and presentation of data, themes, and trendsIntegrate multiple sources of data and insight into a cohesive, consultative presentation to internal clientsHelp to develop insights - focus on simplistic measures of performance and providing the \'so what\' to our internal clientsManage large analytical projects, and help develop new reports and views of data for business stakeholdersBe able to interact with different lines of business, and direct flow of requests to third party consultants and data providersDevelop relationships within the business clientele, and integrate analytical views into their decision-making processesDevelop enhanced data processing for reporting automation where appropriateTroubleshoot and improve existing reporting as requiredKnowledgeable in working large data set in multiple database platformsSubject matter expert for SQL Server, Azure, DatabricksSubject matter expert for Tableau visualizationProduce timely and accurate reports and complete analyses to put forward insights and suggestions to improve financial results, processes, and business improvementsCreate new reports for various business functions to analyze objectives and performance on an ongoing basis in appropriate tool (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)Develop enhanced data processing for automation of reporting where appropriateTroubleshoot and improve existing reporting as requiredPresent results to stakeholders in meetingsSupport team members by means of training and knowledge sharingSkills and Experience Requirements

• An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in analytics role
• SAP experience or analytical aptitude to mainframe systems preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Programming/Query Language (SQL/Python) required
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with VBA preferred
• Experience with Tableau/Databrinks or similar platforms preferred
• Experience with Audience and Market Data (Nielsen or similar) preferred
• Advanced ability to integrate multiple data sources and identify the \'so what\' associated with this effort for clients
