Business Development/Project Sales

Representative

to join our team based in Blumenort, MB. This dual role focuses on sales, relationship building, and managing construction projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities of the position include:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Collaborate with the design team on multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Make presentations and follow-up with clients, ensuring drawings, quotes, and questions are completed and answered in a timely manner. Manage Design-Build projects with a focus on key accounts and the Hog Industry in Manitoba. Oversee a mix of projects, including agriculture, multifamily, and commercial. Attend tradeshows, events, and project site meetings to maintain industry presence and client relationships. Continuously engage in training and education on new products and industry trends.
Your qualifications should include:

5+ years' experience in sales and project management, preferably in the construction industry. Exposure or knowledge of the livestock or agriculture industry is highly desirable. Strong understanding of construction and design, with the ability to read blueprints, CAD, and elevation drawings. Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
