Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Business Development Sales Representative to join our team in Regina.
POSITION DETAILS
This role is the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding sales opportunities within our Business Development Centre. This includes prospecting customers for sales opportunities, responding to customer questions, building customer rapport, and booking appointments for sales.

ABOUT THE ROLE
\xc2\xb7 Providing dealership support for Business Development Centre Sales and customer
interaction.
\xc2\xb7 Completing outgoing customer related calls including - Missed & Unsold Appointments,
Next Day follow up, Service Drive follow up and Sales Campaign Calls.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all calls/emails are answered promptly and professionally while following the
Development Centre scripts and guidelines. Ensure all customer related calls meet our
quality control standards for customer service.
\xc2\xb7 Update and enter customer information and activities in the Customer Management System
(One-Eighty).
\xc2\xb7 Complete daily activity reports and analyze statistics on outgoing calls, e-mail and
confirmed appointments.
\xc2\xb7 Promote teamwork within the dealership.
ABOUT YOU
\xc2\xb7 Previous automotive sales experience is required.
\xc2\xb7 We are looking for an energetic individual who demonstrates exceptional customer service and builds strong customer relationships.
\xc2\xb7 Proficient with both verbal and written communication.
\xc2\xb7 Exceptional customer focus and attention to detail.
\xc2\xb7 Experience with Customer Management Systems and a working knowledge of standard computer programs including Excel, MS Word and Outlook.
\xc2\xb7 Preference will be given to those candidates with experience within the automotive industry.
\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in an automotive Dealership BDC or Telemarketing is an asset.
