Job description: Business Development Specialist



vrCAVE is expanding the VR escape room product library and services; we are searching for energized team members who are excited about this cutting-edge field. We are looking to expand our global reach and establish ourselves in new markets. We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. The role focuses on qualifying new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we would love to meet you.

Your success will be measured by the number of new customer accounts generated, the size of those accounts, and their length of contract.

This is a hybrid position: in-person on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, and remotely on Tuesday and Thursday.

Responsibilities



Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails Report on and meet the Sales KPIs weekly Through consultation with vrCAVE customers, advise and provide valuable recommendations to increase their use of the vrCAVE product Implement inbound sale strategies such as hosting webinars, writing blog posts, etc. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Work with the marketing team to develop appropriate materials for customer success Maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients Maintain the relationship for existing clients, and providing support as required Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers and executives Report to the CEO on a regular basis Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Setting up and operating of a vrCAVE installation Traveling for work-related activities when necessary Setting up and running live testing with various potential customers

Requirements



Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold email) Track record of achieving sales quotas Availability to travel Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations
The following are considered an asset

Fluent in a second language 5+ years of B2B sales experience Able to use company standardized software including Hubspot and Google Office Suite Able to generate effective presentations using any of the following: Powerpoint, Excel and Word. Demonstrated self motivation with the ability to execute a disciplined approach with limited supervision
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
