Sales

Support the sales team in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Assist with managing inventory levels across multiple sites. Develop and grow lumber sales with existing and new customers. Optimize lumber inventory management to maximize sales and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with lumber manufacturers and distributors. Identify new markets, customers, and growth opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and strategy. Act as a liaison between the sales team and production facilities. Track and analyze sales activities using data analytics. Communicate regularly with customers and third-party partners. Occasional travel required. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Logistics

Support the freight team to ensure daily operational needs of multiple sawmills are met. Prepare reports on trucking, shipments, and inventory activities.

Bachelor's degree in business administration Ability to learn quickly and adapt; no prior experience required, 2-3 years of experience in a similar role considered an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. High-energy, motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective team player with a collaborative and respectful approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
