positive, confident, and outgoing Business Development Specialist

with an ambition spirit to join our team and help drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships and generating new business. Your responsibilities will include:

New Business Development:

Conduct outside B2B sales presentations, networking, and cold calling. Cultivate leads and build long-term client relationships. Attend and represent the company at events (including evenings).

Client & Sales Management:

Write and Submit proposals. Manage proposals and process orders accurately. Create detailed sales reports for leadership and senior sales members. Work with the Staff Partners & team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Pre-screen sales leads and delegate to appropriate team members.

Project & Event Support:

Assist with planning and managing upcoming events. Provide ongoing support to the Managing Director. Stay informed on new merchandise, products, and emerging trends.

Customer Experience:

Maintain a customer-first mindset with exceptional service. Resolve client concerns confidently and professionally. Use & Manage CRM software to build and maintain client databases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, or related field

.

5+ years of experience

in commission-based sales, with proven B2B success. Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
