On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join their rapidly expanding sales team based in Toronto. From prospecting inbound leads to outreach for outbound leads, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be an integral part of their customer acquisition strategy.

In this role you will own the beginning of the sales cycle and will be responsible for introducing the benefits of a virtual banking solution while providing the best customer experience possible. Most importantly, you\xe2\x80\x99ll jumpstart your career in an exciting field. How you can make an impact in your first six months:

  • Ensure that qualified leads are prospected, pitched, and scheduling meetings with their account executives.
  • Qualifying sales leads through emails and calls to learn more about what their clients are looking for from a business banking provider.
  • Scheduling a high volume of meetings with qualified leads through outreach to a combination of inbound and outbound leads.
  • Through your discussions, collect relevant information to set up the account executives for success.
How you can make an impact right away:
  • Highly articulate via phone, email and in person is a differentiator.
  • Highly motivated, achievement-oriented and excited to join a fast growing team.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role and with the Hubspot CRM is preferred but not required.
