Job Title: User-Generated Content Moderator

Our client has recently introduced a new feature that allows customers to write free-text Reviews when they submit a claim for a service with a Provider.

The product team has defined a set of moderation rules for these reviews, in order to protect both customers and providers, while maintaining integrity and quality of Reviews.

We are in need of support lending a human eye to these reviews in order to help mitigate risk, and tune the AI model. Deliverables and Milestones:

The review moderator will be responsible for:

Overseeing and moderating user-generated reviews across our client\'s web, mobile, and provider platforms. Currently receiving approximately 1,300 reviews per week from their mobile platform. The volume is expected to increase with the introduction of web and provider response features. Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Review and moderate customer feedback and provider responses for appropriateness (i.e Personal Identifiable Information (PII), profanity, offensive language, irrelevant content)

\xc2\xb7 Report and escalate any critical issues found in the feedback

\xc2\xb7 Provide insights and weekly reports to track trends. Maintain database for tracking reviews, actions and outcomes.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient privacy laws

\xc2\xb7 Inform algorithms that enable our client to automate some moderation activities

\xc2\xb7 Moderating and vetting user reviews to ensure they meet our client\'s guidelines and standards.

\xc2\xb7 Identify trends in user reviews for further analysis

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with product team to improve user experience based on feedback

Generate bi-weekly reports highlighting key metrics and trends Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Experience in content moderation (2-5 years)

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in written and spoken English and French.

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of healthcare and patient privacy guidelines

\xc2\xb7 Excellent judgement and decision-making skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office or similar software for reporting purposes
