Why This Role Matters



As an

Account Executive

, you'll own the sales process end to end--from qualified opportunity to closed deal. You'll work with inbound and outbound leads, run discovery calls, deliver tailored demos, and guide decision-makers through the buying journey.

This role is ideal for a consultative seller who understands how technology solves real business problems and thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

What You'll Do



Own the full sales cycle: discovery, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and close. Engage with founders, executives, and operational leaders to understand their communication and automation challenges. Position CloudRep AI as a strategic solution to improve customer engagement, efficiency, and revenue growth. Deliver compelling demos tailored to each prospect's use case and industry. Manage and forecast your pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce), ensuring accuracy and consistency. Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion. Stay current on AI, automation, and SaaS trends to confidently address objections and competitive positioning.

What You Bring



3+ years of experience

as an Account Executive, BDR closing role, or similar B2B SaaS sales position (AI, automation, or CRM experience is a strong asset). Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Strong discovery and consultative selling skills--you focus on value, not just features. Confidence presenting to decision-makers and navigating multi-stakeholder deals. Comfort working with CRMs, sales tools, and modern tech stacks. A self-driven, organized approach--you take ownership and follow through. Team-first mindset--you enjoy collaborating in a small, agile environment.
