Job Information:
We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support and grow our advertising sales pipeline. This role plays a key part in identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and closing smaller advertising campaigns while supporting the broader sales strategy.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing early-stage conversations through to close. This role offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle sales, clear ownership of opportunities, and strong earning potential.
What you'll do...
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, CRM activity, and marketing-qualified leads.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, budgets, and timelines.
Assess deal size and complexity to determine next steps.
Sales & Pipeline Management.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
Prepare sales materials, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Move opportunities forward efficiently through consistent follow-up
Account Ownership
Independently manage and close smaller or transactional advertising accounts.
Support basic campaign coordination and client communication.
Monitor active accounts for renewal timing and growth opportunities.
Collaboration & Growth
Share insights from outreach and discovery to support overall sales performance.
Assist with research, reporting, and coordination on larger opportunities as needed.
Participate in regular pipeline reviews and performance check-ins
Who you are ...
1-3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a client-facing role.
Confident communicator with strong phone, email, and presentation skills.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
Motivated, coachable, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
Experience with CRM tools and proposal development is an asset
