We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Representative to help us grow our customer base and expand our clientele. You will be the front line of the company and will have the dedication to apply an effective sales strategy and seek new clients for our organization. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Including the following:
Demonstrate strong prospecting skills and high activity setting up meetings with prospective clients and closing deals.
Demonstrate strong phone skills to set new appointments with prospective clients.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Implement a proven sales strategy focused on sales stages and full sales cycle.
Negotiate and sign deals to secure new customers.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Be a self-starter and actively prospect to secure new customers
Promote the company's products/services and effectively sell our products against competing organizations.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. in our CRM, and update relevant information in our CRM.
Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of company's core values and core focus.
Stay abreast of and learn about all products, programs, and services available to customers in the territory and for applying or utilizing them whenever appropriate or timely
Participate in industry events and trade shows occasionally
Align the overall corporate solution to the client's business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills: written, verbal, and presenting
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and follow up skills to move deals through the pipeline.
Work closely with the service and operations team to ensure seamless new customer installations.
Conduct quarterly Reviews with existing customers
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Proven working experience as an Outside Sales Representative, sales executive, or a relevant role.
Complex sales skills, negotiation skills, and sales process management skills are required.
Effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills.
Organization and time management skills.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly/monthly goals and targets.
Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products; especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in using the Google suite of products
Experience using CRM software (i.e. Salesforce/HubSpot)
Proficiency in English
Ability to build rapport and develop new relationships.
Time management and planning skills
