Meet the Role:



As a bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are responsible for building the Sales channel by attracting and qualifying prospective fleets. You will directly impact the growth of our business by generating leads and collaborating on targeted campaigns to build and increase our customer base.

We understand that we are ahead of the curve with some prospect fleets new to digital payments, and that your learning curve will be high, do not worry, we got you. You will receive a ton of training on Fillip Fleet, the latest sales processes, and you will continuously learn about the challenge's companies face and how we solve them.

Strategic sales approach to outbound activity from pre-discovery/qualification stage/onboarding/activation

You will engage with prospects to understand their business and look for opportunities to either demonstrate Fillip Fleet, provide assets that build value and progress the sale and/or include team members for support

You will use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information on prospective customers

There are always new opportunities to contribute to the culture and business objectives of FillipFleet.

You will help prospects to identify the need for data, telematics, transparency, profit protection and operational efficiencies that will lead to a successful sale

Resourcefulness in your day to day role

You will contribute to booking and revenue targets

You are often the first point of contact with our prospects, giving us the opportunity to establish a positive relationship and experience through to onboarding with our Customer Success Team.

Meet the Team:



You will report into the Head of Growth and you will be working alongside other SDR's and Customer Success team members to meet sales targets. This team model allows for lots of collaboration and the ability to share stories/best practices. In addition to having lots of support from your immediate team, you will have a dedicated Manager whose sole purpose is to set you up for success through coaching and mentorship. The leadership style can be described in one word, ENABLERS. The leadership support is based on an individualistic approach enabling you to succeed in this role or prepare you for the next.

You hold a Post-Secondary Degree/College Diploma.

You have experience using CRM systems, but is not a requirement. Hopefully it's with HubSpot.

What you will be doing day to day:

o Develop strong content knowledge of the Industry we serve

o Research potential prospects

o Support our team, clients, and prospects in French

o Create a strategic outreach plan with Head of Growth to target prospective customers

o Cold call, email, schedule, execute sales demonstrations and set our team up for success

o Identify and target prospective roles, (Fleet Manager, Finance, Owner...)through strategic planning and execution

o Communicate with prospective fleets using outreach methods via email and phone

o Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly goals through outbound efforts including cold calls, scheduling of meetings, demonstrations with Head of Growth

o Prepare background material and market research in preparation for all sales meetings and appointments

o Manage post-sales meeting follow up such as scheduling follow up calls and assisting with the new customer sales process

o Maintain internal database to track key performance metrics and sales and marketing activities

o Own calendaring, logistics and administrative responsibilities for all pieces of the sales process for the Head of Growth

o Manage special projects as necessary

Skills and experience we're looking for:

o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

o Bilingual

o Customer service experience

o Experience working in a team environment

o Sales experience

o Strong communication skills

o Proven ability to meet and exceed goals

o Ability to communicate by e-mail and phone

o Ability to overcome challenges or obstacles in the moment

o Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
