We are now seeking a

Business Development & Partnerships Manager

to build and scale our

practitioner reseller network

. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential, perfect for someone who combines strategic intelligence with the drive to execute and deliver results.

Position Overview



This role is ideal for a

relationship-driven business developer

who thrives on connecting with practitioners, building partnerships, and driving commercial success. You will expand Vielight's practitioner channel, representing the company at conferences, supporting clinical partners, and equipping them with tools to succeed.

We are looking for someone with

initiative, creativity, and persistence

-- not just a manager, but a builder who knows how to grow markets from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategies to engage

practitioners

across key markets: Neuro-rehabilitation & TBI-focused clinics Sports medicine and athletic performance centers Chiropractors & physical therapists Neurofeedback and brain training practices Functional and integrative medicine practitioners Cognitive health & memory clinics Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians and practice owners. Represent Vielight at

conferences, trade shows, and professional events

-- running booths, generating leads, and converting them into partnerships. Provide

training, presentations, and sales tools

to help partners successfully position and promote Vielight devices. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, outreach, and practitioner education initiatives. Track and report on

pipeline activity, partnerships signed, conversion rates, and revenue growth

to meet quarterly targets.

How Success Will Be Measured



Number of new practitioner relationships established. Conversion of targeted practitioners into active resellers. Growth of practitioner-driven sales revenue. Long-term engagement and retention of key partners.

Qualifications



Education:



Bachelor's degree (MBA an asset).

Experience:



4+ years in business development, partnerships, or channel sales -- ideally in medical devices, health tech, or alternative health. Demonstrated success in building

B2B partnerships or reseller networks

.

Skills & Attributes:



Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM systems and digital outreach tools. Comfortable with outbound calling, email campaigns, and event networking. Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive. Excellent relationship builder with strong business acumen. Willingness and ability to travel to events and conferences.
