About the role (why this matters):


We help Canadian business owners integrate tax, estate/trust, insurance, and investment strategy--properly. Your job is to

open doors and orchestrate relationships

so our advisors can do what they do best: deliver high-quality, conflict-free advice. This is a

relationship + execution

role (not a sales-rep job and not an advisor role).

What you'll do (outcomes, not fluff):



Targeted Prospecting:

Proactively identify and engage

business owners and high-net-worth individuals

through curated networking, industry associations, events, LinkedIn, and community involvement.

Warm Lead Generation:

Build genuine initial relationships, qualify fit, and position the firm's value proposition clearly. Book introductory meetings with the lead advisor for deeper planning conversations.

Professional Ecosystem Development:

Build a strong network of

accountants, lawyers, CFOs, and professional associations

to drive consistent, high-quality referrals.

Event Strategy:

Design and execute quarterly lunch-and-learns, roundtables, and exclusive gatherings for business owners and COIs.

Pipeline Orchestration:

Maintain and report on a clean pipeline of warm leads, tracking conversion rates from first contact to booked meetings.

Client Engagement Support:

Coordinate periodic client appreciation and relationship-building initiatives to deepen loyalty and referrals.

You are (must-haves):



5+ years in

business development/partnerships for professional services

(law, accounting, private banking/wealth, consulting, B2B partnerships). Comfortable in rooms with partners, CFOs, founders;

polished, credible, zero-pushiness

. Obsessively organized; you run events and follow-ups on rails. Strong writer and communicator; confident on LinkedIn and in email.

Understands financial-services boundaries

(you won't give advice; you'll set the table so advisors can). Based in

Metro Vancouver

; willing to attend local events and occasional evening functions.

Nice-to-haves:



Prior experience nurturing

COIs

in wealth/insurance/accounting/legal. Exposure to estate/trust, corporate insurance, or private banking. Additional languages are a plus for our community work.

Compensation:


Competitive base (commensurate with experience)

+ KPI-based bonus

tied to booked meetings, qualified opportunities, event execution, and COI activity. (No commission on specific transactions; role is non-advisory and compliance-friendly.)

Schedule & location:


Vancouver, BC. Part time for the first 3 months.

How we'll measure success (first 90 days):



Month 1: COI map created; 10+ COI intros scheduled; Q1 lunch-and-learn locked. Month 2: 6-10

booked first meetings

with qualified prospects from events/COIs. Month 3: Repeatable cadence in place; pipeline report delivered bi-weekly.
