As a Business Development Manager at Yakta, you'll lead the charge in North America--selling premium mowers, opening new doors, and making your mark in a company that's rewriting the playbook on what it means to move fast and win big.

What You'll Be Doing:
Own your pipeline - manage inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels (web, social, phone, dealers)
Create relationships - from the first touch to long-term loyalty
Sell smarter - support dealers, spot trends, and help tailor the customer journey
Follow up like a boss - keep Yakta's CRM (Salesforce) clean and moving
Collaborate across teams - work closely with marketing and client care to ensure we deliver more than what's promised
Train and educate - make our products impossible to ignore
Represent Yakta at tradeshows and dealer visits - with style, swagger, and substance
What We're Looking For (Experience Optional, Attitude Required):
Sales experience in B2C or dealer networks is a plus
Knowledge of the outdoor power equipment industry or agricultural market = extra points
Strong communicator who knows when to talk and when to listen
A builder's mindset: you like creating systems, not just following them
Results-focused, not excuse-driven
High energy, high accountability, and high emotional intelligence
