Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a

Business Development Manager

at our startup staffing firm, you'll play a pivotal role in driving company growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and promoting our recruitment services. You'll be the face of the business to prospective partners and an architect of scalable growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:



Identify potential clients and decision-makers across industries through research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals. Pitch staffing solutions tailored to client needs (contract, temp, perm, or executive search). Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Collaborate with recruiters to align talent delivery with client expectations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service. Track sales metrics and report on business development activities. Represent the company at events, networking functions, and industry meetups. Provide feedback from clients to help improve service offerings and processes. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking. Prepare reports on business development activities, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications:



3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or staffing/recruitment sales. Strong understanding of the recruitment/staffing industry and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a startup/fast-growing environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Skills:



Existing network of industry contacts. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, etc.). Experience working in a startup or building a sales pipeline from scratch.

Pay: $60,977.00-$70,926.00 per year
