We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition and retention efforts. This is a pure sales role where you'll be responsible for building our client portfolio, driving revenue growth, and establishing long-term partnerships with organizations seeking recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities

New Business Development (70%)
Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients across target industries through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach
Generate and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, consistently exceeding monthly activity targets
Conduct compelling sales presentations and pitches that demonstrate our recruitment solutions and value proposition
Negotiate fee structures, service agreements, and contract terms to close new business deals
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targets
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and build brand presence
Client Retention & Account Growth (30%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted recruitment partner
Conduct regular business reviews to understand evolving hiring needs and identify upsell opportunities
Expand services within existing accounts by introducing additional recruitment solutions
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure retention and renewals
Develop account strategies to increase wallet share and secure preferred supplier status
Sales Targets & KPIs

Required Qualifications

Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or professional services
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong hunter mentality with experience in full-cycle sales from prospecting to close
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory
