What You'll Do
Drive Growth
: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets in your territory.
Build Relationships
: Serve as a trusted advisor to food service retailers, distributors, and partners.
Showcase Solutions
: Conduct engaging in-person presentations to highlight our fun food service products.
Hunt for Opportunities
: Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and industry events.
Support Partners
: Provide ongoing training and customer service to ensure long-term success.
Stay Ahead
: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine your approach.
Stay Organized
: Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and customer interactions.
Be a Joyful Presence
: Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction.
What You Bring
Proven success in outside sales, ideally in the food service industry.
Experience managing a large geographic territory.
Strong B2B communication and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a goal-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Interior of BC.
Passion for food service and a knack for learning technical product details.
