Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager from the oil & gas industry to join our team. In this role, as our only BD individual on staff, you will be instrumental in driving growth by expanding our client base in the propane distribution sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with new clients in the propane industry via email, social media, phone and F2F visits to clients across NA. Utilize Hubspot for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Collaborate with the design /build department to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in driving business development or sales within the oil & gas sector. A basic understanding of electrical or mechanical controls is recommended Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract/client management. Familiarity with maintaining a CRM software. Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
