We're seeking a Business Development Manager who thrives on winning new contracts, growing client relationships, and cross-selling across diverse service lines. This is a high-impact role where your results will directly shape our growth.

Your Mission:



- Prospect & Close Deals - Identify and secure new clients in warehousing, manufacturing, property management, corporate offices, and retail sectors.
- Cross-Sell & Upsell - Maximize opportunities across our staffing, janitorial, and facility services divisions.
- Lead the Pitch - Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and other sectors.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives

-Maintain a strong pipeline and forecast future sales using CRM tools.

-Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and terms that ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Network & Represent - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote our brands.
- Build Long-Term Partnerships - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Track & Report - Monitor progress, sales pipeline, and market trends for strategic planning.

Experience



You'll Excel If You Have:



- Proven track record in B2B sales - ideally in staffing, janitorial, or facility services.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-Minimum of 3+ years' experience working in sales, relationship building, or a related field.
- Self-motivation and drive to exceed targets without heavy supervision.
- Ability to spot opportunities and create tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of contract bidding and tendering processes (asset).

-Travel: Yes, 75 % of the Time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
