Job Requirements of Business Development Manager:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Business Development Manager will manage all aspects of their accounts in order to optimize our position in the Quebec market. You will develop, negotiate, and implement a sales program for your assigned accounts.
In this role, you will:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key contacts
  • Create, negotiate and implement a customized, detailed sales plan for all customers and follow up
  • Regularly communicate with customers in order to plan and achieve growth objectives
  • Meet the sales budget for each customer
  • Assume responsibility for all financial aspects related to managing their account portfolio
  • Act as the key contact for all supply chain- and logistics-related issues
  • Work closely with the Category Development team and undertake initiatives to manage categories in order to fully leverage brand promotion opportunities
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • Must be Bilingual (Fluent in English and French)
  • Two (2) to four (4) years\' previous Business Development or Senior Account Manager experience
  • Previous Business Development or Senior Account Manager experience
  • Post-secondary degree from either a university or college preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Nielson, Consumer Data, SAP
  • Strong organization, presentation, and negotiation skills
