YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Director of Business Development and Marketing, your main mandate is to participate in the development of business opportunities within the Formats unit. To this end, you\'ll be called upon to participate in the strategic vision and evolution of Moment Factory\'s signature experiences as well as to carry it out through market analysis, prospecting, qualification and relationship development with potential clients.

YOUR TEAM

Being part of the Formats team means exploring new forms of multimedia experience in unique locations. It means participating in the creation of new and innovative entertainment models that are being deployed around the world.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the Director of Business Development and Marketing and other team members in the overall management of development opportunities, client relationship management and departmental operations:

- Be the primary point of contact with potential clients to identify their objectives, qualify the business opportunity and develop a service offering strategy;

- Initiate and participate in the development of marketing tools, including service offerings, client presentations and other marketing materials;

- Participate in the negotiation and review of contracts;

- Identify and develop marketing opportunities, including analysis of new geographic or

industry markets, identification of partners, initiation of missions and participation in events;

- Coordinate and communicate with various internal stakeholders, including producers,

managers and other business development personnel;

- Actively contribute to the maintenance and improvement of existing processes and tools, such

as managing and updating the CRM and other internal documentation.

POSITION\'S EXPECTATIONS

- Undergraduate degree in business administration, production, economics, marketing or any other related field;

- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development;

- Practical international development skills and experience;

- Understanding of the business aspects specific to Moment Factory;

- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written;

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Google (email, calendar, data storage, Pipedrive, etc.);

- Experience in an artistic field related to one of Moment Factory\'s areas of activity (such as multimedia environments, audiovisual production, architecture, events etc.);

- Practical skills in creating business opportunities;

- Practical experience in trade shows, conferences and similar networking platforms;

- Bilingualism, French and English, spoken and written;

- Fluency in other languages is an asset.

- Sales and customer service skills;

- Independent spirit and initiative, ability to manage and prioritize sensitive projects and priorities with minimal supervision;

- Ability to handle high pressure situations and interact with different personalities at all levels of the company with diplomacy;

- Ability to adapt to changing work situations and grasp and apply new ideas;

- High degree of professionalism and customer service, judgment and diplomacy;

- Communication skills that must be effective and courteous, requiring high integrity when dealing with other cultures and languages;

- Initiative, reliability, flexibility, thoroughness and accuracy are essential;

- Industry awareness and ability to anticipate industry trends;

- Broad general knowledge applicable to the company\'s clients; fields of activity, an asset.

SPECIFIC WORKING CONDITIONS

- Flexible work schedule; availability outside of normal working hours required;

- Frequent travel.
