  • Targeted outbound call program
  • Referral generating program
  • Business community and industry networking
  • Developing self-generated leads
  • Regimented follow-up calendar
Relationship driven. Develop and execute a relationship strategy for each client, identifying the key issues surrounding the relationship and implement a strategy to facilitate the expansion of our partnership with the business.

Aptitude and capability to develop effective risk management skills for large and complex financial services transactions in the equipment finance and/or large-ticket leasing space

Adaptable. Identify and respond to changes in the business environment, establishing action plans to address customer issues and priorities.

Brand representative. Be highly visible, crafting personal credibility and increased EFG brand awareness & presence with larger businesses and related professionals. To be known as a trusted business advisor, sought after for financial guidance.

Financial and marketing knowledge of local markets and national economies built on a foundation of formal education (business, commerce, finance, sales, marketing diploma/degree) or real-life experience (2+ years of financial services sales experience)- preferably in equipment financing and leasing). You don't need letters behind your name (CFA, CPA) but you will need the ability to understand financial statements, how to complete analysis, and possess a sound understanding of effective risk mitigation strategies . Credit adjudication experience and a basic knowledge of collateral security and documentation would be considered strong assets!

Capabilities that will take you further

Responsive. You move quickly and efficiently as needed to support clients and your team. You do so accurately and intentionally. You are proactive by nature, anticipating and preparing yourself and your clients accordingly.

Relationship builder. You are a connector. You communicate clearly, inspire trust, build credibility and are a gifted negotiator. You like the long game.

Financially savvy. You've garnered strong commercial lending experience that has allowed you to plan, execute and develop strategies that have resulted in you hitting your sales targets and business goals out of the financial institution park.

A strategic planner. You've heard it your whole life, but you're a planner and an excellent one at that. Your innate eye for details and strategy allow you to set winning plans that result in achievements and business successes.

An encouraging teammate. You love to work collaboratively. You see the value in working together and have achieved many professional wins because of this mentality.

Think big and beyond. Although you pride yourself in being detail oriented and can see well into the weeds of problems, it is your knack for strategy and solutions that sets you apart from your peers.
