The Opportunity
EZ STAK is seeking a driven and strategic
Business Development Manager
to join our growing sales team. This role is critical to our continued expansion and success in the mobile workspace solutions industry.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities across target markets. With a strong hunter mentality and a passion for solution-based selling, you will build and manage a robust pipeline, engage prospective clients, and close deals that align with EZ STAK's revenue and margin goals. Your ability to understand client needs, communicate value, and collaborate across teams will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect Identification & Outreach:
Conduct targeted research and outreach to identify potential customers that align with company offerings and sales strategy.
Pipeline Development & Management:
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, inbound inquiries, and events.
Client Needs Assessment & Solution Selling:
Understand client pain points and position tailored product or service solutions that meet their business objectives.
Proposal & Deal Closure:
Prepare compelling proposals, lead negotiations, and close new business deals to meet sales targets.
CRM & Reporting Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM; provide weekly reports and updates on pipeline, forecast, and activity metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum of
5 years of experience
in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within manufacturing, mobile workspace solutions, or adjacent industries.
Proven track record of
generating new business
, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
