Mills Office Productivity is looking for a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative. This person will be tasked with engaging current and generating new business. This person will also be increasing revenue with current accounts, working with the sales manager to ensure targets are being met. Turning one time buyers into full time customers ensuring that the customers sales experience is to Mills quality standards.
This includes responding to inquiries and needs with appropriate attitude and knowledge; developing expertise in CRM sales software.
Responsibilities
Drive sales through customer care and product knowledge.
Generating qualified leads and turning those leads into customers.
Maintaining relationships with clients and contacts -- this includes following up with leads and offering post sale support
Engage in a timely and courteous manner to all customers and co-workers you communicate with
Have a deep understanding of Mills office productivity history/values and what is currently in stock, Keep customers informed of promotions and new products
Understand trends, competitors, and the overall market in which Mills operates
Increase average order size
Engage dormant accounts
Identify ways to increase sales
Work closely with other members of the Mills team to ensure orders are launched and rolled out in a way to support sales growth
Provide prompt responses to telephone calls and emails
Fill in required CRM after each call, email and phone touch
Requirements
Post secondary degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
High Standards: exceeds expectations and goes the extra mile for both internal and external customers and partners. Expects personal and team performance to be the best.

Ability to do cold calling on customers (outbound sales calls)
