Identify and research potential clients (CTOs, VP Engineering, Product Heads, and Founders) across SaaS, fintech, and healthcare tech sectors.
Build and maintain a targeted list of qualified companies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, or other lead-gen tools.
Understand client profiles and business needs before outreach.
Outreach & Appointment Setting
Conduct outbound prospecting through
LinkedIn, Email, and Calls
.
Send personalized connection requests and messages to generate interest.
Set up
25-30 qualified meetings per month
with decision-makers.
Follow up with warm leads and maintain active communication until meetings are booked.
Maintain an active and professional LinkedIn presence representing Pirotan.
Consultative Sales Support
Engage prospects in short discovery calls to understand their business or software needs.
Present and position Pirotan's services -- including
custom software development, ERP solutions, AI agent development, and staff augmentation.
Coordinate with Bhavin (Founder) for final discussions and proposals.
Provide accurate pre-call summaries and client background to ensure smooth handoffs.
Required Experience & Skills
2-4 years of proven experience
in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting for software development, SaaS, or IT services.
Experience working with U.S. or Canadian business clients; strong understanding of North American market.
Excellent spoken and written English with a
neutral or U.S.-friendly accent
.
Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining technical services.
Skilled in relationship building and consultative selling.
Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, and Gmail-based tools.

Pay: $34,400.00-$96,941.34 per year
