Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities



Reach maximum restaurants and customers through

direct contact

,

emails and phone calls

. Achieve a

minimum monthly sales target of $40,000

. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct meetings with clients, including door-to-door marketing. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients, highlighting our product line and value proposition. Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks. Report daily activities and leads to the management team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications



Minimum 2 years' experience in the restaurant packaging and food industry.

Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in the

wholesale industry

. Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in

Chinese and English is mandatory

. Ability to work independently and within a team. Experience in promoting sales through online platforms is an asset.

Driving License is mandatory


Compensation & Benefits



Salary: $46,000 - $54,000 per year

(based on experience).

Gas allowance and travel expenses covered.
