Peterborough Volkswagen is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team!

As a BDC Representative, you will be the vital link between our customers and our dealership, responsible for:

Responding to internet, phone, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Scheduling appointments for sales and service departments. Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and building lasting relationships. Identifying customer needs and providing accurate information about our products and services. Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a BDC role or customer service/sales environment (automotive experience a plus!). Exceptional phone etiquette and written communication skills. Strong computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to exceed expectations. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
