Business Development Associate

Job Description

In this role, you will work with the company's executives, the corporate management team, the marketing team, Marketing Director, and the Franchise Development team to grow the number of franchisees across North America. As the Business Development Associate, your focus will be on growing the business of the corporate franchise through touchpoints, project management, maintaining marketing and liaising with prospects, and monitoring advertising performance. This is a role where you will provide the standard of excellence for our franchisees and continue to provide franchise support. You will manage leads and through communication and use of the sales process, develop new franchisees, meeting or exceeding annual set targets.

  • Coordinate and report on content for franchise digital platforms in alignment with marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with graphic designer to acquire high-quality, digital and print-ready deliverables for handoff for franchisees
  • Develop strategies for educating franchisees on marketing and communications
  • Manage sales inquiries and communication with prospects
  • Pull analytics and prepare reports on a regular basis
  • Develop ideas for campaigns and emails to meet objectives for revenue generation, gaining referrals etc.
  • Ensure consistency of brand across digital customer touch points
  • Assist the Marketing Director with the maintenance of information catalog and key messages
  • Attend philanthropy events and other activities as required to assist with social media, and photography as needed
  • Perform administrative functions like preparation of correspondence, filing, data entry, and copying
  • Coordinate meetings and provide detailed notes for the CEO and the President, along with the senior management team
  • Assist with setting up operational and presentation documents, and e-training (with the Director of Franchise Support)
  • Manage event registration, promotions, and hosting of external events
  • Research and coordinate with external stakeholders to create beneficial partnerships
  • Complete special projects as assigned
Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) and Access is a plus
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $45,000.00-$95,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
