We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven
Business Development & Sales Representative
to join our growing team at our head office in
Aurora, ON
. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the construction and contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, contracting, and development markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, developers, and key industry partners.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids.
Work closely with internal teams (estimating, project management, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's services.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Valid G Driver's License
Frequent travel to existing and new client locations across Ontario as needed.
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management -- ideally within the
industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of construction processes, bid procedures, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
