Job Summary



What is the opportunity?

Join our RBC Dominion Securities (RBC DS) team in Collingwood! We are looking for a process driven, technology proficient professional to lead the marketing and business development activities and to provide quality client service for a large advisor team. You will help deepen relationships with existing clients and support the overall client and COI/partner experience with the advisor team, leveraging their outgoing personality and passion for client service excellence. You would also be heavily involved with marketing campaigns, websites, printed collateral and client events.

What will you do?

Marketing:

Work closely with RBC Wealth Management Canada Marketing partners to design/build/manage teams website, and social media accounts including maintenance and posting new content for clients.

Execute the creation of marketing materials using content creation, management, and publishing tools while adhering to brand guidelines.

Oversite of key metrics for tracking efficacy and impact of various marketing initiatives and of website activity and track any changes in COI/bank partners to ensure connections with key partners are managed.

Organize client events with the advisor and any sponsors, including event logistics, invitations, follow up with invitees, execution of event and follow up.

Use innovative and creative ideas to suggest business development activities for the team.

Lead teams marketing and communication channels while following brand guidelines: websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters.

Client Service:

Execute on Client Experience Management and Service Plan (Client/COI/RBC Partner) execution for the team.

Update client info in the teams contact management system. Maintain a record of client details, interactions, meeting notes, and identified opportunities for follow-up.

Coordinate meetings for Advisors with their clients / prospects - handle logistics, prepare meeting room, welcome clients, execute post-meeting tasks.

Manage special projects for the team, including regulatory projects requiring account documentation updates or client communications and firm-led initiatives, i.e. eStatement campaign

Ensure team processes are current and strive for efficiencies

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

Post-secondary education

Proficiency with social media marketing tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

Nice to Have

1-3 years experience in communications strategy development

Expertise in content creation, management, and publishing tools

Client Service Experience

Knowledge of Salesforce client relationship management software
