Duration: 12 months with Possibility of Extension Location: Burnaby, BC
Knowledge of BCP/ DRP and their interaction with all aspects of a large public sector organization - including core systems, networks, IT security and users.
Proven experience working within healthcare environments
Qualifications related to Business Continuity Planning, such as:
Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI)
ISO 22301 Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM)
Business Continuity Certified Planner (BCCP)
Business Continuity Certified Specialist (BCCS)
The successful proponent will have deep subject matter expertise and experience in the management of a large multi-year Business Continuity program.
Prior examples of said experience are critical in the evaluation.
Written and verbal communication skills enabling effective articulation of technology solutions and processes and procedures to a technical and non-technical audience
Demonstrated capability in handling sensitive and challenging situations
Creation of executive level Briefing Notes, Business Cases and other management level collateral as required
Collaborate with existing Program resources to create and maintain resource and budgetary forecasts
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects within program
Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the program
Lead and direct the work of others assigned to applicable program
PDHIS will ensure that existing resources meeting the following criteria within the last six months will not be considered for consulting roles:
Talent on Demand resources currently reporting under the same Chief.
Contractors with a Program currently reporting under the same Chief.
