Key Responsibilities



Studio & Administrative Support



- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Principal Designers

- Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and documentation

- Organize digital files, project records, and internal systems

- Assist with ordering, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with vendors and trades

Business Operations & Strategy



- Support business strategy planning and internal process improvement

- Help maintain project schedules and workflow coordination

Client Management



- Act as a point of contact for clients for scheduling, follow-ups, and general inquiries

- Support client onboarding, communications, and documentation

- Ensure a polished, professional client experience aligned with the firm's brand

Marketing Support



- Assist with marketing initiatives including social media, website updates, and project documentation

- Help coordinate photography, content organization, and marketing calendars

- Support brand consistency across communications and materials

Finance & Accounting Support



- Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable

- Track expenses, purchase orders, and vendor invoices

- Support basic bookkeeping and coordination with external accountants

Qualifications & Skills



- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred, but not required.

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or business support role is preferred, but not required. (design, architecture, or creative industries preferred)

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with design or accounting software is an asset

- Professional, discreet, and client-focused demeanor

- Interest in interior design, luxury brands, or creative businesses is highly valued
